Monday: Ran .85 miles (stopped because of cramps)
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: NTC Sweat and Shape, walked dogs
Friday: 3 mile run
Saturday: Rest
Not too proud of this week, but that only means that I can be better for this next week!
